I was currently thinking about 28 inch sills on itp rims like to know best place to purchase these also and best size tire need to be shipped to Canada thx

Yea I heard you can just wondering is it 28 x 8 14 28 x 11 x14 the right ratio and best place I can order maxxis zillas with itp rims to Canada. Also should I just go biggest I can go tire wise
