Default Greasing Splurge

I am having a tough time getting to some of the zerk fittings on my 550. I have this problem on some other things I try to service like a lawn mower, car, etc. So I decided to splurge and get an entire kit that Lincoln sells via amazon. I have some reward points that cut the cost down for me. Hopefully it makes servicing my ATV and other things in the future a breeze!

That's a nice set. Get the rechargable gun to go with it.

I changed several straight zerks to 90 degree since it was almost impossible to get my gun on them. Now I want that kit!!

I am somewhat of a "neat freak" with stuff like this so I am liking that it comes with a case to keep them all together so I always know where they are when I need them...unless i lose track of the whole case. Then, well, I am back to where I am now!

Nice set. some of the zerks are a pin to get to but I've learned the best way to get to them. It is a ton easier now that I have a air operated grease gun, no more pumping the handle!

don't mean to hi-jack this thread but sunday when I was servicing the 07 sp500 I just bought I noticed there were very few grease points. My 02 has one at just about every single moving part. Have they started making them like the newer cars these days with sealed joints so that when they're done you have to replace the dang thing?
