2005 polaris sportsman 500 6x6
first problem high beam going on/off =Quit working
then digital head going on/ off = quit working
then all wheel drive quit working
every thing else works find/
is there an electrical relay or some thing like that that controls all these functions???
any help would be great

welcome to the forum. try having a dealer run your vin# of the bike to see if it was part of the emc recall. this modual does controll alot of things and acts very funky when it breaks down including some of what you have mentioned.
