Default TaoTao 125cc rear brakes question

Does anyone know on the rear brakes of the TaoTao 125cc where the caliper attaches to the rotor if those thick washers go on the inside of the mounting bolts or on the outside ?

Bought one of these used and looking at the brakes they are currently mounted on the outside and the brakes are binding.....I moved them to the inside and the brakes are better so just curious if anyone knows for sure.

Thanks

Welcome to the forum milkman_pcguy!

Hopefully someone who owns one can post a pic of their brake setup.

The spacers on the two I have are on the inside. It kinda lines up the brake pad and rotor.
