you look good on that yellow 400EX !
bye the way, where is bear mountain and all those places you ride, it looks really awsome...
we make a 1,200 mile round-trip adventure at least twice a year (went 4 times last year) to Logan County, West Virginia... it's by far the best ATVing I've ever done.

Thanks, Derek, I am glad you liked the photos. I am somewhat of a shutterbug but have been without a working camera for months now. Fortunately some of my friends have gotten some good "air" photos. I am having a world of fun on my 400EX. Best of luck to you in getting one soon. I waited for quite a while, dreamed for quite a while and I still think I am dreaming when I ride it!
I ride in NC a good bit. We have Brown Mtn near Morganton NC and Uwharrie near Troy, NC. We have made three trips to WV since last October and all of them were to different locations. We just rode the Hatfield McCoy system from the Buffalo Mtn trailhead this past weekend. WV has awesome riding!!!!!! I have ridden in SC, NC, GA, TN, WV, and KY (just to get gas at Hatfield McCoy). I thought I might slow down in this sport but I love it more every time I do it! Do you have much riding up where you live? Angelon400ex

we ride all the time.... every weekend and almost everyday after work...
we have 4 moto-cross tracks, 3 farms, 4 beaches, and about 40 acres of modified trails just at my house that we ride on around here.
like I said, we went to WVA 4 times last year, always to a different place; we have lots of friends out there... we ride private mountains and stuff, but I do want to visit the Hatfield-McCoy trail sometime
here are some photos for ya !

Hey Angel,
I was just looking at your "ATV's in air" pics, and I was wondering if "Steve" knows what a hemet is? You should try to talk some sense into him before you have to witness something you don't want to see.
I rode with my cousin and some of his friends 2 weeks ago, and only 2 of his 6 friends had helmets on. I didn't know them well so I didn't say anything. Later in the ride, the one guy was pulling off stunts like your buddy "Steve". Well, sad to say, but he got thrown off into some weeds, and in those weeds were some rocks. He now sports a "Kojack" hair cut, 56 stitches and a skull fracture. Last weekend, all of the guys showed up with helmets! Imagine that? It's just a shame that people have to see lots of blood and a guy in severe pain before they realize what they need to do. I guess some people have to see it for themselves before they think a helmet is a must!
Have fun and be safe!

Philzie, I get my gear almost anywhere I see yellow
I do have Acerbis riding pants and an AXO jersey but a lot of times I end up wearing things I have gotten at Walmart. I keep my eyes open for things to make a girl look good when she rides LOL! I have the new Fox Forma Comp boots coming from Rocky Mtn ATV next week. I got yellow of course! The hardest thing for me is to find things to fit. Most things are made for men and that is why I have to shop around. I get real lucky sometimes and I just found a pair of nylon "wind" type pants the IDENTICAL shade of my 400 for $6!!! Of course it was in a gal's department at the mall. Might not work for ya! If you ride in rain or lots of mud Walmart has rainsuits that in black/yellow and black/red.
Thanks Racer18J for the advice! I just happen to be the one who takes most of Steve's photos and he does forget his helmet when he is playing sometimes. You don't have to tell me there is a risk factor there though......I know you are right. Our helmets has saved my husband and I several times. I have never known Steve to go on a ride without his helmet but he does need to think about wearing one playing around. I think we can all get a little too relaxed at times.
Enjoyed the photos Derek. Looks like you guys like to have some fun too. Sounds like you have a lot of riding to choose from and that is good! Always good! If I could find a job riding I would be so happy! Anyone else? Angelon400ex

sorry, what I meant was...
we drive 1,200 miles round-trip from Delaware, to get there and back in our trucks... hauling the four-wheelers
the most we rode in one day a 100 miles on the trails... it's usually more like 50-60 miles a day average... and we're only out there for 3-4 days at the most
