I'm looking at this tire combination, probably on ITP magnum wheels (to offset weight gain). Any feedback on this sizing for a stock configuration (no lift kit).

My brother has 26x12x12 all around on his Rancher. They work great for the type of riding we do. Give me an e-mail and I can send you a picture.

I run ITP Blackwater 26X12-12 rear and 26X8-12 front, on ITP Magnum (aluminum) wheels. The front fights you a little when on hardpack, but otherwise they are awesome (they look darn good too)! They increase your clearance be an inch, and you will up your effective gear ratio with the taller tires so you might want to think about a pipe also. I got mine from Chaparral mailorder (bigwheel kit), and the price was hundreds less that anyone else quoted me.
