I but a 1994 polaris 400 atv for 350 bucks with a plow. it runs awesome excpet the shifter is so mickey moused. There is a snowmobile thumb trottle on the shift *** to actuate the lever i(can see in pictures) hook going through the hole. He said he put a different tranny on it so he had to make shift with something. I have no clue what this tranny is off. I want to put stock components on this so it shifts the wat its supposed to. Also on the last pic what is the lever that hooks on to the brake caliper? any help would be greatly appreciated.

Cant, see the pics but for $350 and it runs how can you go wrong. Where I live a 3 wheeler in running condition goes for $500. People buy some atv parts for $350 let alone a whole ATV that runs "awesome".

 

i found out the tranny is from a 92 350l. So i orderd the shift mechanism for a 350 l of ebay. No need to figure out how it mounts to the frame?
