polaris scrambler carb tuning.
hello guys. i'm brand new to atv's. i had a 95 polaris scrambler 400 thrown in my lap. so i got it to start but i need to adjust the carb and have no idea how to do it. i have a clymer manual for it but its not telling me a whole lot. heres what is going on. i get it to start but it will not idle on its own,i can keep it running with just a tiny bit of gas but if i give it too much it dies. i think i need to adjust the carb and i'm wondering if you guys know a good starting point on the adjuster screws on the carb. if you guys could help me with this i would greatly appreciate it. thanx alot.
