Sounds as if your clutches are out of alignment ever so slightly. From the video, I'd say it's not enough to worry about IMO.

Thanks for taking time to respond. Do you think if i remove one of the shims from the secondary it would correct it?

Thanks again

if you can bring down the belt a little(by doing as you mentioned) then i would say it would be fine. it wouldn't hrut to try as it sounds as it's a hair too tight causing the squeel which could start to creep ahead some. imo

Did you measure your belt deflection should be 1 1/8 - 1 1/4, looks to me that the belt is to tight from watching video. But you have to add shims to to open up driven if you take out shims it'll make condition worse.

I do agree the belt seems to tight but why would adding a clutch kit make me now have the need for more shims? There are 2 shims in it now. Can Iadd more ? I thought 2 was max

Thanks

I had 3 washers in the few I've seen, I'm down to one on mine they come in different thickness too. Did you put on a new or different belt that could be the reason for tighter belt. Also hows your belt to sheave clearance on driven should be .020 if thats to tight that could cause your problems too.

OK I'm leaning toward it being a clutch alignment issue now also. If itake the belt off theres no issue at all so it cant be an issue with the primary
. Belt looks like its in the middle but I think I may have to add another shim there are 2 now. If I put alittle presurre on the belt outward the noise goes away.

Could it just need a new belt ? Or should I add another shim

Can I just use an Regualr washer ? Or do I need the polaris ones not sure if theres a difference

Thanks again in advance for helping
