Default Haili Ice Bear 110cc starting problem

Ok guys here's what I've got. I bought a new 2008 Haili IceBear 110cc atv back in early 2009. It was brand new. I have changed the CDI, starter, carb, solenoid, and battery(seems like battery is small for a 110cc). I have two Kazuma 50cc atv's and the battery is bigger than the one in this atv. It will run good when I can get it to crank. Alot of clicking not much cranking. I'm wondering if maybe it could be the voltage regulator? Or maybe the starter/kill switch on the handle bars? Any ideas? I'm stumped.

By crankin do you mean the starter is actually turning the motor over but not firing up as in "no ignition spark' If you put a battery charger on it it should crank if starter, starter solonoid and its safety circuits are good. this would elimate the volt regulator you talked about for now to test cranking (starter circuit) . with the charger on (or jumper cables) you said just clicking this is a sign of poor connection on power or ground, or starter motor. the grounds are as important as the batt pos. so with jumper cable to your pickup or charger does it still click and not turn over
