Default 05 DC90 won't rev up

We have loved this quad have not not done any mods to it. We clean the air filter every once in awhile and put gas and oil in it and the kids just ride it all day.

Then this spring, it slowly started loosing power until it just does not want to rev up enough to move it.

When you give it gas it just sounds like it is bogged down.

I have put a new spark plug. I pulled the carb, disassembled it, cleaned it all, blew all orifices with compressed air, and put it back together. Fresh cleaned air filter. Still runs the same after all this.

It does have the electric choke on it. Do these stick in the on position? I unplugged the choke and it still runs the same.

Any ideas? We have our next outing planned for labor day weekend and the kids will be unhappy without it working

Thanks!

I just got a machine in w/same symptoms.
It ended up being a plugged pipe. Can't say yours is the same but you could take the spark arrester out and see what happens.

sure enough, the spark arrester was so clogged up, it's a wonder it ran at all.

Thanks!
