pull the pump out, drive the pin out that holds the drive gear on. remove gear reinstall pump. ratio 40 to 1

Is the oil injection not working ok? Oil injection id better then mixing because it calibrates your oil to the rpm of the motor. At idle it may mix oil at 20:1,at mid range it may be 30:1 and at wide open 40:1.

Premix is 40:1 100% of the time , more oil used and more fouling plugs on slow trail riding.

I have seen some block off plates and kits to do it if wanted. I think HPD (High Performance Designs in Minnesota use to have one) Only time i have seen people do it is for race applications to save weight and hp. For normal trail use I would use the injection.

I,m sure it trust worthy, I seen alot of Polaris 2 stroke Sleds turn 10,000 miles with the oil injection,I,m sure they have it down packed on there ATVs also.

idle mixture more likely 100:1 getting richer from there to wide open not the other way around. I have yet to foul a plug, plug fouling is more often a result of incorrect air fuel mixture. unless you are running more than 32:1 oil
