Default 2004 Sportsman bog

I have a 2004 Sportsman 700 EFI. It will start and idle great, when you put it on the road it runs good until you hit full throttle, then it will bog. When it bogs you can turn the key off and on quickly and it will run you up to 50 mph. It will run like that until you slow down then it will start over with the bog situation at full throttle.
Any ideas what is wrong?
Thanks

Sure its not a 2004.5 that my be on the ECM (Brain Box) recall list? Polaris Industries Recall of Select Model Year 2004.5 and 2005 Sportsman and 2005 Model Year Scrambler ATVs

A screwy ECM make them do all kind of strange things.

They have them listed on the recall. 2004.5 = 2005 remember.

Have you checked the fuel pump might be getting weak.

There is a recall on the breather tube that goes from the air box to the crank case breather, the ones with the filter get a crack in the filter causing a vacume leak, the new ones have no filter. I know it sounds stupid but my old 700 did the same thing, replce the line, its free with recall and try it.
