Got on my daughters 250 Bruin today and the battery was dead.
Took it out a completely charged it,its been sitting for a couple of months.

Now i hear loud clicking from under the seat but the engine won't turn over.

Prolly not.. Take an circuit light tester[pick with an wire on it] and clamp clip to ground and take pick an probe the starter wire while pick is is in wire push starter button if pick lights up than prolly bad starter brushes IMO. if it don,t light up than test solenoid... Also does it have an pull start? if does pull rope to make sure engine isn,t froze or locked up with fuel being oil.. if engine doesn,t pull over remove spark plug and see if fuel blows out of plug hole.....Good Luck.
