I have 25 x 11 x 12's on alloy rims on the back of my 2007 Sportsman. A guy has a pair of lightly used Maxxis tires that are 25 x 10 x 12 that he would sell for only $25. Would they fit with a tight bead on my rims? If they did fit, other that a slight loss of traction, are there any other downsides to putting these on my bike? Thanks!

 

yes they would fit w/ no issues. beside being a narrow tire, there would not really be any differance other then you mentioned. imo
