Default 350L 4x4 Troubleshooting

Hey guys, hoping someone might be able to help. My kids inherited a 1991 350L 4WD from their grandpa earlier this summer with only 1000 mi and the 4WD has just quit. When it is switched on the dash light comes on and the right front wheel grabs hard and pulls to the right. I am quite mechanical and have rebuilt several sleds but not familiar with the 4WD system on a quad. Can anyone steer me in the right direction in troubleshooting and fixing this issue, in the hopes of saving time & frustration before I start?

From what I've read on here, first thing is to check the oil in the hub that isn't working.

thanks hsdtech, it appears to be the same level as the other side. I am waiting for a manual before jumping into this but my kids are getting impatient. I guess I need to just jump in and try to figure out if it's electrical or mechanical to start. Never been into one of these sytems befroe but not gonna learn any younger...

Many times just adding "CLEAN" hub fluid (Correct stuff). will fix it. The amount and type is critical

Here is a good link on them. ATV Time :: View topic - Polaris Demand Drive Hub Q&A Picture Guide to Service

Yeah I've been working on my '97 400L for a couple of months when I can. I had to change the oil seals to get it running, now I have to figure out the electrical problems.
The only manual I could find for mine is from Haynes. Good Luck.
