Default Whats the trick to removing secondary Clutch

I have a Polairs Sportsman 600. I need to remove the secondary clutch was wondering what the trick is. Can I get a longer bolt like the do when removing the primary clutch?

Thanks

I used a puller to get mine off, even then it didn't come off very easy. I'd suggest getting a puller for sure if you don't have one.

Got this pic from harbor freight.

usually they pull right off , some get alittle stuck, I take a pry bar and gently pry out on the backside and hit the front with a rubber hammer, squirt penetrating oil in the bolt hole and down the back of clutch, work yor way around the clutch with the pry bar and ruubber hammer or dead blow hammer and they will usually come off, they make a puller there should be one on e-bay

Like they said they should just slide off. If they dont spray pentrating fluid in the center hole of the clutch where the bolt came out and let it soak. You can LIGHTLY tap with a rubber hammer but it doesnt come off then use the clutch puller. EPI makes one, part number SCP-1 that sells for 24.95. Works on all Polaris ATVs 85-09.

Mine felt like it was glued on but after messing with and putting some penetrating fluid in the center it came off fine.
