Default Need Speedo 98 Sportsman

My speeedo is not working. I replaced cable and nothing. Hooked my cordless drill to cable and spun it still no response in the speedo. SO I guess if anyone has one let me know. Hate to buy new on this one. Thanks Tony

You might want to add a little more info as to what size engine etc. Might not matter but it could =) Hope you figure it out

It's a 500 but one from a 400 or an explorer will also fit.

Why bother fixing it unless you get one for super cheap some place, that year of speedo give out little useful info just speed, trip and mileage and was not involved with the AWD operation like the newer digital ones.

Of course I find the trip meter useful as a gas gauge.

That is one of the main reasons. To know how far I travel. Tony
