I hit about 43 on mine, low range, downhill. But with stock tires, I'm sure it's a little faster than that

Ford, do you mean High range?
If it really was in low range than I doubt that was actually the top speed.

I think the top speed for the 3004x4 cat would be...
not fast enough.

Top speed for my 2001 300 4x4 is in the mid 40's. I weigh 230# and ride at an elevation of 4000' to 10,000'. The 300 is NOT a rocket by any means, but it does what it is intended to do very well. I have not regretted buying mine and at times enjoy riding it over my 2001 500 AC, it is quieter, rides a little nicer and steers alot easier. If you want a "racer" look elsewhere, but if you're after a good dependable 4x4 go anywhere ride the 300 will suit you fine!

Hey Hawk, are you buying a 300 in Stephenville? How much is Bob charging for them now? I looked into buying a 300 before I got my Wolverine, but Bob wouldn't let me take one for a test ride, so up to M&F Motors I went.

Bullet, low range is what I meant. With all the hills here, and the bigger tires, low range is faster than high range on mine. Now downhill in high range, I could probably go faster, but I haven't tried that.
