Check brake pads for wear, mud/dirt around caliper and rotor. Jack up atv check/feel for wheel bearing noise or front wheel play back and forth. Could be just something simple like dirt, sand in caliper area? OPT

A little easier if you remember to take the 3/16" adjuster allen screw out of the back of the caliper, allows more room for pads to go on. OPT

I found that allen screw about a half hour of working on the front brake pads but now have them on. Now i have to get some transmission fluid and some gear case fluid. Now i have some kind of clutch problem or something.
