my carberator keeps flooding. ive already replaced all the jets and cleaned the carberator and its still doing the same thing. the carberator kit came with an O ring and i have no clue where it needs to be. i think that should fix my problem. does anybody know?

your float is sticking, its position is false and bringing in fuel. also check your crankcase oil for gasoline contamination.

Is the O-ring really small?
I don't know anything about eton carburetors, but I've worked on other small enigne carburetors where the float needle valve seats into an o-ring pressed into the fuel inlet hole. That little o-ring (if you have one) flys out without a trace when blowing passages out with compressed air.
Again I don't know about your carburetor, but just in case it might be your problem I thought I would mention it.
By flooding I think you mean that fuel comes out the overflow? If so I agree with Jaster94. Your Float needle valve is leaking.

Also examine the "Float" assembly for holes or most likely cracks. If the Float fills internally with even a small amount of Fuel it won't operate properly enough to stop the fuel flow past the valve.
Good luck.
Good luck.
