I just saw several replies to your post re break-in precedure on top end rebuild, all dated 3/9. You may have the wrong number of days to show topics entered in your profile.
As for manuals, unless you are a fairly knowledgible mechanic on your quad you might prefer the Clymer to the Yamaha shop manual. The Yamaha one sometimes assumes you know some of the more elementary info and doesn't show it.
