Default 97 timberwolf 2x4

My rear wheel was loose and bent my lug. I want to replace it myself. It looks like the lugs are welded into the drum/hub, but I have spindles on ebay that look like what i need. Can anyone tell me what I need to purchase and how to install the necessary part for new lugs on the left rear of my 97 2wd timberwolf. Thank you.

I would think they are pressed in, but without seeing it really not sure.

If its pressed in you might be able to use a stout vise to press the old one out and the new one in. A hydraulic press works even better. If you don't have access to one a machine shop can do the work.
Good luck
