Default alpha sport 90cc

i have a 90cc alpha sport it will run until a little white box under the fender gets hot then it will shut off n when it cools down it will start back up can any1 help me with this problem?? thanks jonathan

Id get a new one... I think its the rectifier.. but LE will know for sure...

I missed this post earlier.... Sorry about that...

I'm not familiar with this quad. Is it two stroke or four stroke?

How many wires on this white box, and what are the colors in the wiring harness side that connect to this box?

How long does it take for this device to heat up and shut off then quad? How long does it have to cool before it will start back up? Are both these times consistent, or do they vary?

When you start it back up are you able to use the starter motor? Or do you have to kick or pull start it?

Obviously I'm just searching for clues at this point ...
