Default raptor 350 clutch engagement

whats up guys... I had a question about the clutch engagement on the raptor 350. I recently put a clutch in my girlfriends quad and where the clutch starts to grab is almost fully released compared to my 700. My sister has an 08 and this is the same. The clutch seems to grab fine, theres no problems, I just dont know if its on its way out again due to how late its grabbing. Any insight is greatly appreciated. thanks guys

It should be fine, just make sure your clutch cable is not adjusted too tight, needs a little play in it. You could probably adjust the cable at both ends if you don't like the way it works now. Start by giving some slack at the bottom adjuster and then re-adjust up top at the handlebars. I always liked mine adjusted how you describe, you don't have to pull it in very far to change gears and when stopping!

thanks for the reply! im def going to try and adjust it the way you describe. The arm on the clutch lever on the case has fine teeth so i can make small adjustments and go form there... thanks man!

Yeah you could adjust it with the teeth, but I was thinking there was an adjustment nut down at the end of the cable near the arm, I could be wrong it's been a while since I had a Warrior/Raptor.
