Your battery is probably bad or discharged. That's the most likely scenario, but it could also be a bad connection, bad starter, frozen engine, and a few other things.
Do you have a meter? You'll most likely need one of these to see where the problem lies. To start troubleshooting:
Measure the battery voltage on DC volts and on the 20 volt scale. Measure this voltage right on the battery terminals while the solenoid is "clicked" in (in other words the battery is being loaded by the starter motor). You should measure above 11.5 volts.
Next try jumping you quad battery to your car or truck battery. Do take extra care to get the polarity right - positive to positive, and negative to negative. Then try to start your quad (using the start button and/or jumping across the starter solenoid). Does your starter motor crank the engine with the jumper cables connected?
