quad wont start

quad wont start
I have a SUNL 110cc 2006.
It will not start, it cranks but will not start.
also the battery is not holding a charge..
not sure what it could be.
cdi,voltage regulator or stator???
any advice would be great.

sorry dude u didn't give enough info could be many reasons why it will turn over but not run
does the plug have spark?
have u tried sparying some starting fluid(or similar) in the carb to see to see if it will fire? if so its most likely a fuel problem
not trying to be a wise guy just don't even know which road to look down

Disconnect the battery and charge it. If it doesn't hold a charge, then the battery is bad. If it does hold a charge till connected, then there is a short somewhere.
Is there spark at the spark plug?
Is the plug wet?
Have you cleaned the carb?
