Default timberwolf 250, kinda stuck but no info on the web dk wat to do??

i resently took apart my 94 timberwolf 250 and decided to check the cam beacuse there are metal shavings in my motor and dont know why, narrowed it down to the cam. there 2 10mm bolts behint my cam sproket and two pieces of metal about half moon shaped, those are removed and now cannot figue out how to get the cam out!! there is like a seal / bushing, it turns with plyers but wont come out, is it press fit in? does it pry out? cant get the cam out until i get that bushing out and i dont know how to do that so some advice or someone that knows these motors throw me a hint beacuse i know honda and sizuki motors like the back of my hand but this is givn me problems so please throw me some ideas!

So you got the number 21 and number 23 removed....I would go ahead an remove the rocker arm pin behind them pieces.... You may have use an bolt to screw inside of that pin to get the pin to move out...After these pins are removed then the cam should pull out with ease.BUT pins do have oring on them tho so be patience.
