Not sure if this is how or where you ask your question and everyone gives there advice but i hope so. The four wheeler runs great until you are trying to go up a hill. Then it wants to bogg down and tries to cut off. Not sure if its a carb thing or something else. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Welcome! First thing I would do is check out the carb as you said, could be float needle sticking not allowing enough fuel, jets could be partially stopped up,make sure you have good fuel flow to the carb,no kinked fuel lines. Just eliminate the simple stuff first. Older models had a habit of having oil build up in exhaust system, muffler could get stopped up, have had some have a build up of carbon at the exhaust pipe at the cylinder that could restrict exhaust flow and power. Make sure you feel good exhaust flow out of the muffler. OPT

This problem was throwing me off because unless you are going up a hill it seems to run fine with no problems. It even idles good. I had just cleaned the carb because it had been sitting for a while. I'll check the other things you listed. Thanks

I can't seem to figure out the problem but i think i could be missing an adjustment screw on the carb. The carb needs to be replaced since im sure it's the original and it's in rough shape. Should i get a carb with a manual choke or auto choke? Does it even matter which one i get? Any help is appreciated.

Get a manual choke carb. These carbs are pretty cheap. You may still have to block the air box air tube with your thumb on cold mornings to get it to crank up. They just don't have much vacuum power to pull gas for the initial crank even with a manual choke. Once they start,no problems on starting usually after that. OPT
