Default Quazi 110cc quad

hello, i have just recently got a Quazi 110cc quad (from waht im told it is) i dont know the year nor the model. we started it but it wouldnt idle, and the battery is dead. im buying a new one this coming friday. can anyone help me!!! i can post pics of it in a bit. Thanks for any future help!! Devin.

It sounds to me like your carburetor is gummed up. Make sure you are through when you clean the carb.

The chinese ATV's use some pretty small batteries, they are sensitive to being drained for any length of time at all. One of the best purchases I've made is to attach a float charger (NOT a trickle charger!) and keep it plugged in when not in use

On the carburetor cleaning, go you tube and watch several videos on ATV carburetor cleaning. You might even find good ones on your particular carburetor.

Once you get the new battery in place you need to make sure it stays charged. New batteries that are allowed to get run down and stay that way are quickly ruined. Use a charger in the mean time (2 amps maximum), and once your quad is running you need to make sure the quad charging system is working. Measure the battery voltage with a meter set to measure DC volts on the 20 colts DC scale while the quad is running at medium fast speed with the headlights off. You should measure 13.5 to 14.5 volts DC.
