I have a 2005 polaris 500 ho and my speedo and mileage stoped working. Everything else works on gauge. Any advice?? Thanks

 

First check that the hall effect sensor is plugged into the speedometer.If the speedometer doesn't work and mileage doesn't accumulate, the hall effect sensor located on the caliper has usually shorted out. You can clean this area up to see if dirt/mud may be blocking the sensor.
