Last Thread I Hope outlander 500 vs honda 420
#1
Ok hopefully i will get all my opinions and answers im looking for with this last thread ....Well after thinking and looking at several specs i just do not like the body of the 400 it looks like a youth or 13 year old fourwheeler i think....so i am deciding to go with the outlander 500 but i have bought the rancher 420 back in the picture ....my biggest and main concern and what i keep hearing and readng is all the plastic and aluminum bends and breaks off and that kind of stuff like i said before i know how great a rancher is performance and body wise and im just trying to figure out if this outlander is gonna outdo it but i dont want stuff bending and breakin everytime i ride ............the upside to buying the 500 is 26 tires, anti theft system, gauges, 63mph instead of 55, storage containers, more comfortable and the power ...but the downside is plastic, more expensive to repair, and i have no experience with the can-am outlander. wheres i no all about the rancher and this one will be camoflauge with a winch and front bumper for $800 cheaper im def leaning towards the rancher. but if i dont get the canam ill have that what if in my mind for awhile but i know the rancher will meet its expectations

The 400 just has the older plastic, the 2013 400 has the same demention and plastic as the older full size 2010 800 Outlander. Linky 2010 Can-Am Outlander™ 800R EFI ATVs
The 500 Outlander is much more exspensive, larger and powerful ATV then a 420 Rancher and it,s in a different class altogether so it better be better.
