I've got a 2001 foreman 450es with a little over 600hrs. that won't shift past 1st gear, has no problem going into neutral and reverse and back. Tried the manual lever and would get movement in the lever but no gear engagement. Don't know if this model gives codes but there is no flashing from the display, also don't know if it's connected but the cooling fan seems to have quit working also. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Robert

 

I had that ATV and the es use to act up once in a while and not shift. For some reason pulling the fuses out from under the seat and reinstalling them corrected it.

Have no clue why but it always worked.
It must reset some I quess.
