Default ATV paint?

I have just sanded all of the paint and primer off of my 2002 Polaris Trailblazer 250. What kind of paint would be best for painting the fenders? The seat and tank still look okay so for right now, I am just going to paint the fenders which were pretty rough looking. What do I need to prep it? Any particular primer? Do I need clear coat? I have been told that the Krylon Fusion is good for what I want to do. Any ideas? I don't want to spend a ton of money on paint as it is an ATV that will be ridden out here in the country where I live. I just want to make it look better than it did.

I look forward to your responses

Thanks y'all!

Krylon Fusion works very well on plastic. I don't think there's much prep other than cleaning the plastic of any grease, or oil.

Thank you! Krylon Fusion looks like the way to go.
