Good Day All
I remember reading a link from here to another site about disassembling and diagnosing the AWD hubs on my 99 Sportsman.
I read through it quickly and though it was quite a well written article, but at the time I wasn't having any issues with the hubs.............D'Oh, should have booked marked that site, because now they are intermittently staying engaged,
one at a time, but they both will act up when ever they feel like it.

Tried changing the fluid using the Polaris recommended $tuff twice, but no different.
Anybody remember the article, and have a link to it

See if this YouTube video helps any.A lot of times when the awd stays engaged(even in 2 wheel mode) worn/magnetized armature plates are usually the main problem.
