I have a transmission out of an Xpress 300 and it has two shifter linkages on it. All it has is the short little arms. I would really like to know how it is shifted on the quad. Pictures would be great, but a description would be good too. Does it have two different shifters, one for H-R and one for Low, or does one shifter do it all. Also, if anyone could get me the shifter part number, that would be awesome as well. Thanks.

The 2 little arms are for shifting. One will have 3 positions, which will be hi, neutral, and reverse. The other will have 2 positions, and will be neutral and low. As to which lever is which, I would have to go out and look.
I think it would be easy to figure out, though, as one lever should have 3 'clicks' (H, N, R) and the other 2 (L, N).
Just be sure that when you have one in 'gear' that the other is in neutral, or it may not turn.

PS the part number for the gear selector (I think this is what you wanted) is 1341289 for the entire assembly (For an Xplorer)
