i had recently bought a used left lower a-arm from east coast. i was dissapointed w/ mine. i paid a hundred vs 180 for new. it was beat up good, hardly any paint and a bunch of dings and dents but the ball joint was good at least. that was the first one which took about 2 days to get. i had to send it back cause they shipped the opposite of what i needed. when they got it they claimed it was what i ordered. it wasnt, after some head scratching i told them to just send me the opposite of what they sent the first time. no problem right? wrong, after waiting patiently for 2 weeks in business days for a part that only took 2 days to arive the first time, i called. they acted dumbfounded about it and said to wait 2 more days and call back. i did and still they acted as if it was sent out. finally fed up i drove the 3 hours to the shop. i got my part 2 minutes after walking in......it took me around a month, 7 bucks outa my pocket to ship back their mistake, and a 6 hour round trip plus expenses to get what i paid for a month prior. so you can order a used part from them at your own risk. but if for some reason your not happy with it,or its the wrong part, have fun getting an exchange. they blew me off. this was my experience w/ them and may not reflect the experiences of others. maybe they were just having a bad month. but then again, so did i.......and their one customer less then they used to be.
