Would adjusting the valves fix my problem my warrior won't start but when it fires it is backfiring thru my carb and has me all confused I checked timing it's TDC my valves r little loose but I've never had to adjust valves but I can I just don't know if it will fix my problem

It could be a bent/burnt valve.
I doubt slightly loose valves would cause it to backfire through the carb. It never hurts to go ahead and set the valve clearance, it's real easy on a Warrior anyway.
Also make sure your timing is not 180 degrees off, if it is and you tried to start it, the piston could have hit the valve and bent it.

Unless it has jumped timing then it should be OK then. I would set the valves, do a compression check, and make sure you have a good spark. Maybe there is a problem with the new coil.

Raptor450 has a great point. I had a 06 Honda rancher doin the same thing and it had a bent exhaust valve and a blown head gasket. I'd check your compression and do a leak test on your valves.

Here is a good video on how to adjust the valves on a 348cc.
Its a 450 Wolverine but its done the exact same way as the 350s.
