1999 Honda Recon not starting
#1
This is my first time posting so bare with me. I have a 1999 Honda Recon 250. A couple months ago it started acting weird. When I would press the starter button there would be a single click come from the solenoid and the neutral light and all electrics would shut off. A minute later it seemed like the whole the reset because the light would come back on. I also can not try to pull start it because the whole pull start assembly broke and i cannot put a new one because the screws broke off in there. I am really confused and very frustrated. Usually I can figure this thing out. Please respond ASAP because I need it to do yard work badly.

Sounds like you have a bad battery connection either on the positive side or the negative side. Clean and check these connections would be first on the list.
As for the broken bolts you will need to soak with penetrating oil and use visegrips or drill and use a easy out. Sometimes it is required to put a small amount of heat around the bolt to get it to break loose. If you drill try to smooth the surface so its flat and use a center punch to make sure you drill in the middle with the appropiate size bit, which is determined by the easyout you are going to use.
hope this helps
