I have an ATC200ES to repair, the fault is the primary coil in the alternator. I’ve looked on Honda parts websites and it is “not currently available”. However a local non genuine spares seller has primary coils for the ATC200S in stock. The alternators are totally different ES having a three coil plus primary set up and the S has a single coil plus primary. Honda numbers are for the whole stator unit so I can’t go by part numbers, does anyone know if the S primary coil will fit the ES?
