Default Polaris hawkeye steering stabilizer

Looking for some help on putting a steering stabilizer on a 06 hawkeye. I haven't been able to find one that is made for it but I'm sure one can be made to work on it. Has anyone done this to this model or the sportsman 300/400 chassis that is the same thing? Any help would be great.

Here is one for a 400 H.O Sportsman which is the exact same chassis as a Hawkeye.

expensive put read the owner reviews they seem to love them.
Its Canadian price so they should be much cheaper in the states.

Sorry they do make one for the Hawkeye. http://www.motosport.com/CA/utility/..._source=topnav

I have two '06 Hawkeye's that my boys ride. I can't remember exactly what the problem was, but they had a safety recall for the steering assembly on some of those units. You probably should check your serial number for that recall at your local dealer, if you haven't already.

As a side note, they should have had another recall for the lower frame breaking, that was an incredibly dangerous safety hazard. The frame would break (sometimes at high speeds) and they were almost impossible to control when that happened.

Had to do a lot of recall work on the 2006 Hawkeye. Main two bulletins were for a steering post bracket and replacing front bearing carrier that could break.
