I just did the ignition upgrade. Now when I turn the quad off I get no power at all. If I unhook the battery for an hour or so All is well. I can turn it off and on, but if I let it sit for a day I have no power again. Any ideas?

 

Problem solved ... It was a bad breaker. The rest was just coincidence apparently.

I already ordered 2 of these... 12 Volt Circuit Breaker - Auto Reset 1.99 a piece I thought I couldn't go wrong. 12v 20 amp post self resetting. I planned on filling the bags with silicone and electrical taping them closed.

 

That's what I did when I had to replace em. Had plenty of Wurth aerosol rtv sealant around the shop.
