Default Dinli Dino 50cc carb questions

I'm trying to help a friend with his son's Dinli. He had just asked me to clean the carb for him. I noticed when i took the carb off the throttle cable plate screw that holds it onto the body was loose on the top of the carb. Anyways, I cleaned it and put it all back together with the throttle cable tight on top. Still wouldn't start, so i gave it a shot of starting fluid. It fired up and ran til the fluid was gone but while running it acted like the throttle was wide open. Also there is a black line coming off the carb that is broken, Ill post pictures of the line I'm talking about below. I'm unfamiliar with this type of carb and was hoping someone could help me figure out what the line is for, and what the throttle issue may be. Thanks for any help!

Welcome to the forums.
Revving: It sounds like you have the carb slide in backwards. Remove the carb top/slide and align the groove in the carb slide with the lil pin in the carb body.
I'm guessing that when you put the top back on the spring/top was tight. Too tight.
Line: I think it's the line that supplies the 2 stroke oil.

Hey thanks for the help! Is there a place I could find a replacement oil line for that online? I had called dinli but they weren't of much help in the matter.

I think it's just a piece of line that would be available at a auto parts store.
I could be wrong.
You can try calling MaximumRPM (972) 481-8708
They were the original importers of the Dinli.
