Been around since Moby Dick was a minnow.. Don't think I've ever tried it myself, but does have one ingredient in it that I though was amusing. Lard? Maybe that was the mystery part of it? This is from Wikipedia.

" The product is composed of 74 percent mineral oil, 25 percent stoddard solvent, and 1 percent lard.[1]

o-Dichlorobenzene (1,2-Dichlorobenzene (ortho-dichlorobenzene))0 - 5% , Fine White Mineral Oil 70 - 100% , Mineral Spirits 20 - 30% "

Supposed to stabilize fuel, clean injectors, carb jets, can be used in the crank case, supposed to be able to clean up pcv valves, sticky rings, carbon build up,etc. Didn't show up down here until a few years ago that I ever noticed. Made in Minnesota so I think all the Yankees are gonna vouch for it. May be they even drink the stuff.. I've used it,but not enough to give an honest opinion(if my opinion counts for anything ) When my old truck stumbles and misses I just throw in a bottle of Techron and fill it with Chevron. Runs good for several months then. Guess as far as stabilizer I'm still suck on Marine Stabil and now after I've cleaned my Honda carbs again I'm giving Star Tron a try along with Stabil.(double dose) Several of my neighbors have had good results with Star Tron in their atvs, boats, etc.

I use Marine Stabile in the atv, golf cart, boat, mower. I don't have any fuel problems so I would say it works.

Hey OPT, what's your opinion on some transmission fluid poured, or sprayed, into the intake? I know we used that as a cheap way to clean the intake.

Now I use seafoam for that. Also in the fuel tank. I can tell it makes a big difference on a bike or quad that has been sitting.

I know both make a very nice cloud of smoke that I'm sure the neighbors appreciate.

Never tried transmission fluid, but my son sucked Seafoam through his pcv valve on his previous truck like mine,a 2000 Silverado and fogged his neighbor hood for quite awhile.I suppose this stuff works ok to clean deposits, but I've always been under the notion of if you run a good grade of tier 1 fuel, the detergents in in should be good enough. My old truck with over 270,000 miles only stumbles if I don't use Chevron or Exxon. If it does,a bottle of Chevron cleaner and fill the tank and it idles and runs like a new one again. I just have to remember not to use cheap gas.A lot of brands of gas comes from the same refineries, but it's the detergent package they use is what matters. PS Getting back to the Marvel Mystery oil, read that it diluted the octane in planes and one crash was blamed on it. Maybe I can see a little in the crank case as mentioned, plus I like the smell of bacon...
