Kazuma Meerkat 50cc idle
#1
Trying to figure out the idle on this thing. I have two screws (one center, the other off center left). Just recently got this thing running after a no-start problem.
I tore apart the carb, removed the float bowl, burned out both jets and verified they were clean. Now it starts as long as I fiddle with the throttle to keep it running. Let off the throttle and it instantly dies.
I think the one off center left is the air/fuel ratio and should be 2 full turns out from full close. Where should the other one be set to to idle? Does it follow righty-tighty-chokes lefty-loosy-flooded method?

Well something is off.
Got it to get warmed up. Closed the choke, blip the gas it responds but takes a while to calm down to an idle. However, it won't hold an idle in gear. it just wants to die as soon as you hit the gas in gear.
