Getting gas, getting spark, no start?
#4
Fuel got in the oil because of usually a leaking carb needle and seat in most cases. I'd rebuild the carb or at least replace the needle and seat and check the float height. If not,you may end up with more gas contaminated oil.Probably bogging because of carb allowing too much fuel.

I agree with old polaris tech. Your carb is running way to rich I would take the carb all the way apart be very careful they probly dont make a rebuild kit for it, and clean it real good. Dont spray carb cleaner on the gaskets, I have done this with my last carb and they looked like they melted, had to buy a new carb since they dont make a rebuild kit for mine.

Carb kit listed might fit as it seems to fit everything else and lists your brand. Plus looks like carbs aren't that much more if you can find yours listed.http://www.ebay.com/itm/CARBURETOR-CARB-REPAIR-KIT-GY6-150CC-LANCE-ZNEN-JONWAY-NST-KYMCO-LIFAN-SUNL-BAJA-/200922530550?pt=Motors_ATV_Parts_Accessories&hash=item2ec7ea82f6&vxp=mtr
