My coolster 110 struggles to crank it will crank fine but after several times it stops and the relay just has a clicking sound I have to turn the flywheel with a ratchet then it will crank again any ideas?

 

Flat battery, bad connections to earth, solenoid or starter, or partial engine seizure. First recharge the battery and check those connections.

So we are left with partial seizure. Remove the spark plug and turn the engine over by hand, it should move freely with no sticking. The other possibilities are the new battery is not charged, or you have bought a dud starter or battery. One other point, these small machines won't turn over for long before flattening the battery so there must be a reason why it does not start fairly quickly.

 

Turns really easily when battery off I put it back on and turned flywheel by hand seems like it has a lot of compression on certain spots
