Question 135cc Tao Tao quad how can I increase the speed

I have a 135cc Tao tao quad it is a sport quad. 3 speed semi outomatic
And I want to know how I can increase the speed and power with out spending any money what are the simplest ways to in crease speed or power on a Chinese quad? Any suggestion will be greatly appreciated

first of all, is the rider able to handle it?
check to make sure the throttle cable has full stroke (look at turnbuckle)
change tire size or sprockets.

Sell it and buy something more powerful. Increase power without spending any money, I had to read that twice to make sure that's what it said. It is what it is. Smaller displacement machines can be made to be fast, kids race 90 cc quads for example. But its not cheap to make them fast. I assume you bought this machine because it was cheap. Sell it and buy a Honda 250 ex or Suzuki LTZ 250 if a smaller semi-auto sport quad with more power is what you want.
