i just put on a motion pro vortex throttle to replace the turbo throttle yhat came with stage 1 kit, what a differance, you don't have to twist very far at all now to open the carb up. getting a return spring for the carb next week that should make twisting half as hard also.

 

Are you getting the carb spring the same place you got your new throttle ?

 

the spring is off a ski-doo carb bigwaynester.

 

ok here's the mod, cut the return spring down 3/4 of a loop, bend it the same as or close to stock, make's a much easier twist and still closes the thottle. the spring off the ski-doo carb didn't work but this mod does. 7 bucks wasted, but not really since i made it alot better.
