Question 1995 polaris sportsman 400 2 stroke. any help?

So I was just out riding a wheeler I bought last weekend and it seems to be working awesome. Then about 4 hours into my ride it starts stalling and losing power. I road it home but if I gave it too much gas it would kill and when I went up hills it would act like I was pumping the throttle. Weird ehh?

My gut is telling me its a blown fuse or something, but I don't even know if these things have fuse boxes. You guys have any ideas?

Check spark and compression first. If compression is lower than 120psi,could be that the piston started seizing up on you when it began to stall and lose power. At least it sounds like what a lot of them do when this happens.
